But it hurts too much to lie down

So often, people know they should lie down but it hurts too much, so they don’t.

I’ve got that covered too:-

  1. If you need to, lie on your bed instead of the floor.
  2. I don’t want you to lie down for long. Lie down for just one minute (or even less) and then get up. Surprisingly, if you do it my way, lying down for a very short time is every bit as effective as lying down for a long time. Often, it’s more effective to lie down just for a minute.
